Join LCCD and the Swatara Watershed Association for a Fall Salt Snapshot! The snapshot is part of Stroud Water Research Center’s citizen science effort to monitor salt pollution in streams and rivers.

On October 15, we will be taking water samples at 20 sites across Lebanon County and bringing the samples back to the office to test chloride concentrations and conductivity. These same sites will be sampled again in January as part of Stroud’s Winter Salt Snapshot. (Data from the January 2025 sampling can be found here.)
