How To submit your Right-to-Know Request:

  • Via email

    • Download the form

    • Complete form with your request, containing enough specificity to find the records you are requesting (include relevant dates, parcel numbers, addresses)

    • Send completed form to Open Records Officer - Hannah Hartman at hannah.hartman@lccd.org

  • Via phone

    • Call Open Records Officer - Hannah Hartman at 717-346-0904 with your request

  • In person

    • Come in person to LCCD’s office at 2120 Cornwall Rd, Suite 5, Lebanon, PA 17042

    • Complete a form and either wait until records are ready or provide an email or physical address where records are to be sent
